Comment: I am in the Army and bought this shoe about 3 months ago, and have no complaints. We run around 9 miles a week, all on roads and they are holding up very well thus far. I would recommend these to anyone who's ankles begin to hurt to try and see if they will help. They put alot less strain on your legs because they are so light.

Comment: This shoe is perfect for long distance running as well as sprinting. Great for all surface including indoor and rubber tracks. Also great for jogging on the roads. Perfect weight. Almost like not even wearing shoes. Perfect running shoe all around and perfect price!
