Summary: great shoes bad bad service
Comment: I bought these shoes in a 9.5 and received a 10 (their fault)instead of an exchange they said I could refund but they would not honor the sale price. (To rebuy them) which was a GREAT deal to begin with. I guess you get what you pay for. At least my brother in law was happy to get some awesome shoes.

Summary: Best all-around athletec/style shoe I've worn
Comment: These are the only shoes I have worn for the last 5 years. I think I average about a pair a year, and I am super hard on them. My activities have included running, cycling, lifting, hiking, and even a little weekend clubbing. New Balance runs large and wide which is nice for me, and the (gray/black) 83s' look just cool enough that you can wear them around town and not feel like a dork. I highly recomend these.

Comment: I bought these for my boyfriend...He loves them. Other than they NOT being water proof...but that was just my fault for not looking thoroughly enough at the discription...:-) Oops! Great shoes! My boyfriend loves em!
